Blueberry Crumb Cake - Crumb Cake just got even better

I already shared my crumb cake recipe

But here is a way to make it even better... add fruit and preserves.   In this case blueberries.   I made the batter the same way I always do, but before pouring it in the pan I added 1 cup of blueberries.  Then I spread about 1/4 cup of blueberry preserves over the top of the cake before adding the crumbs.  The result was a delicious, fruity crumb cake.  

Or skip the fruit and just add the preserves... raspberry or strawberry crumb cakes sound good!
