Brightening Up Your Bathroom with Roses

Soap is a great way to brighten up a bathroom for your guests.  I love using fancy soap in a guest bath, whether its holiday themed or monogrammed.  One of my favorites is soap that is shaped like petals or flowers.  My mom has been putting petal shaped soap in her bathroom for years.  Not only is it pretty but it's also practical because each petal dissolves in your hand, so the not only does it make the bathroom look pretty, but its a nice and sanitary way for your guests to wash their hands.

This rose soap came is a box of 9 roses from Walmart.  It was designed to be a bubble bath soap, but I tested it and it works GREAT as hand soap.   It would also make a beautiful bubble bath.  You can place the whole roses around the bath and then sprinkle the soap petals on top, though I think it would only be a matter of seconds before they dissolved, so if your preparing a bath for a loved one, use them at the last minute.  For my bathroom I put two of the roses on the dis whole and then pulled off the petals on two others to create this pretty look.
