This page was created to celebrate the screening of my documentary at a bar in NYC. Obviously the inspiration was the film, which was about Fire Island.
As I said every page needs inspiration and in this case the inspiration was icons of Fire Island, the lighthouse and the red wagon. I created these myself. Again if you can't freehand images like these you can print them and trace them. This is how I created the lighthouse. Since its a page for my film I also incorporated Hollywood Themed die cuts throughout the page. Jolee's Hollywood Die Cuts
As for images, I got a great picture of the title shot of my film which I used in the right corner. To highlight the square picture I used triangle cuts of red over the blue background.
