A Halloween Buffet

Creating a good Halloween Buffet is not as much in the food you serve, as it is in the names you use to label the food.  Although it is important to think gory and scary when picking your food, if you can be creative, you can make anything sound creepy.

When we made our meals for our 2011 Halloween party buffet we served:
  • Swampy Graveyard Dip - Spinach & Artichoke Dip
  • Bat Wings - Buffalo Chicken Wings
  • Bug Bites - Pigs in a Blanket
  • Stuffed Werewolf Eyes - Blue Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
  • Bloody Arteries - Baked Ziti
  • Worm Filled Guts - Green Bean Casserole
  • Fingers - Breadsticks
  • Bloody Balls - meatballs
  • Rotting Sour Chicken - Sweet & Sour Chicken
  • Rotted Brains - Broccoli Bake
  • Magots - White Rice

When serving buffet style make sure there is plenty of room to walk around the table.
