Brings May Flowers... cupcakes that is.

In honor of May I am going to share with you my flower cupcakes!

Using decorator icing dyed white, green, turquoise, pink and purple... these cupcakes were easy to do.   Ice the cupcakes in multiple colors.  Then using a drop flower tip, add the flowers.   Finish the cupcakes with leaves and dots in the center of the flowers.

These cupcakes had strawberry jelly in the center.   You can use a special tip to add the jelly to the center of them.  Wilton Tip 230 will do it.  Luckily I have a better tip for it, no longer made.  If the cupcakes are to dense you will have trouble getting a lot of jelly in them.  You can solve this by coring out the center of the cupcake.
